Curbside Services Request – CREDIT CARD

Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

Zoom Disposal Services agrees to collect trash and recyclable materials from the designated curbside location on scheduled service days.
• Customers are enrolled in a quarterly service plan.
• Payments are automated and processed each billing cycle (every 12 weeks).
• Failed or declined payments may result in late fees or suspension of service.
• Service rates are subject to change with 30 days’ written notice.

3. Service Schedule
• Trash and recycling will be collected on designated service days, determined by Zoom Disposal Services.
• Any changes due to holidays or unforeseen events will be communicated in advance.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:
• Place bins curbside by 7:00 AM on collection days.
• Use bins only for acceptable materials.
• Keep bins in good condition and free from obstructions.
• Follow all recycling guidelines provided.
• Ensure all items fit inside the bin — we do not allow overflow bags or items outside the bin. If you regularly accumulate more trash or recycling, we recommend subscribing to an additional bin to avoid service issues or extra charges.
• Maintain at least 3 feet of space between bins and other objects.

5. Prohibited Materials

The following items must not be placed in trash or recycling bins:
• Hazardous materials (e.g., oil, gasoline, chemicals, batteries)
• Electronics and large appliances
• Construction or renovation debris (e.g., concrete, wood, drywall)
• Yard waste (e.g., grass clippings, branches, stumps)

Zoom Disposal Services reserves the right to refuse collection of prohibited materials.

6. Missed Pickups & Service Interruptions
• No credits or refunds will be issued if bins are not curbside on time.
• If a pickup is missed due to our error, an alternative collection will be scheduled.

7. Term and Termination
• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon notice of termination, neither party shall be obligated to continue providing or receiving services.
• Zoom Disposal Services may cancel service for failed payments or repeated violations, with proper notice.

8. Liability

Zoom Disposal Services is not responsible for damage to bins or property caused by improper bin use, or for injuries resulting from incorrect waste disposal by the customer.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in its appropriate courts.
