Terms of Service
Our open top dumpsters are meant for waste and junk. That includes house trash, yard waste and construction materials. They aren't watertight and are not meant for transporting liquids and fluids. All of our dumpsters have a door in the back that you can easily open and walk right into the container. That makes it easier to load your material in an orderly manner so not to waste space and maximize use.
The metal dumpsters are well kept and will not be an eye sore on your driveway. We take pride on our services and equipment maintenance. We will leave the dumpster on your property so you can fill it and take it away in a timely manner once you're done with it.
Massachusetts bans the use of dumpsters to dispose of certain bulky items. These items should be taken to or picked up by your Local Municipal Dept. Of Public Works. However, Zoom Disposal is willing to accept some of these items for an additional charge.
Definition of Bulky Items
Bulky items are defined as materials that require a fee for collection due to their size and/or weight or which cannot be disposed of as municipal solid waste during the regular collection because of Massachusetts waste disposal restrictions outlined in 310 CMR 19.017.1.
MASSACHUSETTS Waste Ban Items Accepted for an Additional Charge ranging between $25 to $150 per item

- Bulky Appliances (Fridge/Range or Oven/Microwave/Dishwasher/Air Conditioner/Dehumidifier/Washer/Dryer)
- TV and PC Monitors
- Car tires ONLY (Larger tires are strictly prohibited)
- Propane Tanks
Items Strictly Prohibited NOT ALLOWED in Our Dumpsters
- Asbestos & Hazardous
- Flammables & Contaminants
- Fluorescent Bulbs
- Liquid paint and oils
- Railroad Ties
- Large Tires (Any tire larger than a car tire is strictly prohibited and subject to large fines)
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT POLICY REGARDING ABCD MATERIALS
WE DO NOT ACCEPT MORE THAN TWO WHEELBARROWS WORTH OF ASPHALT PAVEMENT, BRICK, CONCRETE AND DIRT MIXED WITH TRASH. Dumpsters found with more than two wheelbarrows worth of these types of materials will be subjected to a fine up to $2000. ABCD dumpsters must be ordered via phone only, no online orders.
Overloaded Dumpster, Missed Pick Up and Cancellations
- Dumpsters loaded above water level will be considered overfilled and subjected to an additional $300-$500 fine. Overfilled dumpsters are unsafe to transport and we may refuse to pick it up until it's properly filled.
- During scheduled pick up date and after, the way to the dumpster must be clear. Blocked dumpsters are subject to a $100-$300 missed pick up fine.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to scheduled dumpster delivery are subject to a $150 charge.
Other Disclosures
A flat or slightly sloped surface, such as driveway, parking lot, hardened lawn or gravel covered area is ideal to place your dumpster. We will supply wooden planks under each container. Zoom Disposal may not be held liable for any property damage associated with the customer's designated dumpster location. At pick up, any item left outside of the dumpster will be left as is, where it is. Our drivers are not responsible for throwing anything into the dumpster.
